My profile stats image is not displayed

Question

I copied the HTML code to my profile but I only see an empty spot. It worked yesterday morning and in the evening it was gone. I resized some banners in the meantime. When I noticed it was gone I tried the profile image alone without any banners. Now everything is like it was yesterday morning. I also tried several browsers and I've cleaned the browser cache. I can see the profile stats images of my friends.

I have exactly the same problem! Stats bar not showing on my Geocaching.com profile page, and the stats themselves haven't updated for more than 24 hours possibly several days. What's going on? Is Project-GC having problems again with Geocaching.com? It would be good to see this fixed soon if possible. Thanks

I have now cracked the problem, for our Profile page anyway!

This is the code I entered:

Try this, substituting your own USER NAME and see if this works.

I mean the HTML code that you get when you click on "Create dynamic HTML code" under profile stats here on project-GC. When you add it to your GC profile you can see a preview of your stats. This preview updates every day (dynamic). That work for my till yesterday. But now I just see an empty space

Try this.

Delete the HTML code and refresh browser and browser cache.

No, that didn't work. I can see the link to my profile stats on http://project-gc.com  It just won't display the picture.

Just took a look at your profile page and it looks fine to me. Both stats and badges are visable

Not for me. Tried it on my PC with Chrome, Firefox, IE and Opera. = no stats picture, just the link. Same with my smartphone.

Did some investigation. I asked a friend if he could see the picture in my profile and he doesn't. Than I changed the profile name in the link and then the picture is displayed. When I changed it back to Gelladir the picture is gone again.

That is exactly the same code I use.

When I enter http://maxcdn.project-gc.com/ProfileStatsImage/Gelladir into a Browser I get the message: Failed to connect to mysql, will retry in 10s (Too many connections) Failed to connect to mysql

When I Use a differend username I get the stats picture.

Yes I know that and I did that. I just copied the text that projectGC generates

I played with the link and it seems to work now. What I did is to changed the user name in the link from Gelladir to gelladir. Don't know why that is helps but who cares as long as it is working :)

The only thing is that the stats picture is from Saturday morning now. I had a newer stats picture yesterday. With all the logs from the GIGA last weekend.

I noticed that too, sometimes is the profile page on geocaching.com is a day and in some occations 2 days behind. I thinks it depends on the updating time and project-gc is updating for paid members every 24 hrs + a bit so the updating varies everyday. Non paid the updates are only once a week.
