Finding virtual caches by county

Question

I've been using "map compare" to find virtual caches by county that I have not found.  I enter my geo name and Geocaching HQ Admin to compare against. This was the name I was given some time ago.  It's always worked just fine.  Today, I get the message that the compare name is "invalid", and "The player compare profile name and geocache 'Show' filters are required".  All are filled in.  Any idea what the problem is?

You can leave the "against" box blank if you just want to use it for yourself. Alternatively the Map Counties tool may be better for what you want to do here.
