I have paid for 1 year, its says im a paid member, but I cant access some premuim things

What do you mean that you can't access some premium things? If you mean that there are some labels "paying members only" those are shown to everyone to indicate which functions are just for paying members. The difference is that for paying members the functions still work. Have you tried using these functions and they don't work? If so, where does it say that you are a paid member of Project-GC?

Says I’m a paid member in profile , near where the 10 day trial is , as thought I’ll try that as things not working , but says you already have a paid membership or similar . I read somewhere it can take 24 hours for all features to be there , so guess I’ll just wait . Trying to do top caches of the year , but still can’t seem to select a year like this year . Maybe I’m going something wrong ,
