I'm getting this message when I try to run any challenge checker. What can I do to fix this? Thanks

As stated in another thread in this forum: I assume you have your Geocaching founds set to friends or private. You need to set it to public on geocaching.com according to the information I have and it might take some hours until they are working again.

You should have received a popup telling you that your privacy settings at geocaching.com (https://www.geocaching.com/account/settings/userprivacy) is preventing some of the functionality on Project-GC. This is new and a change that Geocaching HQ has demanded.

Basically regarding challenge checkers for example you can't run challenge checkers if you don't have your "Geocaches found" setting set to public.

Also note that it may take up to 8 hours for Project-GC to detect a change in the privacy settings. If you are lucky a logout and login at Project-GC might hasten the process. Another alternative to make the privacy changes update faster is `Support button -> Self-support -> Refresh number of finds`. It's a queue though, so the time for that one will vary.
