How does one use / activate / turn on the virtual GPS?

I am a paid member unless there are different levels of paid membership.  How does one use / activate / turn on the virtual GPS?  Thank you very much.  Have a great day!

VGPS is available to all paid members of project GC, as far as I'm aware. You can go into it using the phone symbol in the top bar of PGC.

There's documentation at https://project-gc.com/w/Virtual_GPS, though it could do with improving. The best thing to do is try it for yourself.
