Extremes by area enhancement request: Show extreme when hovering also for those you do not qualify

Today the Extremes for areas, which you have logged, do show up when you hoover the symbol in profile statistics.

But I think it would be good if you would see the extreme geocache for an area/type when you hover also for those that you do not qualify. That would mean that it would simplify finding these extremes in a future trip.

I assume the information is available as it is checked if you do qualify, so it is probably easy to add.

Would have helped me a bit with the quest for the southernmost cache in Bremen, that I asked for here: https://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=30379/extremes-by-area-question

So I had to hoover the data from other cachers stats.

Wouldn't it be great to have a tool that shows me the caches for a country/county/region I haven't visited yet? For example, I'm planning a trip to Morocco, Iceland, Greece, etc.

It would be nice if I could see which caches are eligible for the statistics while I'm planning my trip.
