Authentication problems again?

we are having problems authenticating on an iMac with Safari browser. We have emailed support but no answer as yet. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Any other ideas??? It is still not working. I cannot authenticate on an iMac with Safari browser.

Works okay for me. Have you tried deleting your cookies then closing and reopening your browser? It's amazing how often that can fix weird browser faults.

We have just tried that using the preferences>privacy>website data>clear cookies etc and restarting the computer, and it still won't let us authenticate, just goes round and round in a loop, and ends up with the statement 'Invalid State'.
