I was normally able to see most of the menus, lately i have no access to any of the menus. All the sub headings are now grayed out with only the Home menu available to view. Do we now need a membership to see your Profile and Statistics menu.

This usually happens after a computer reboot meaning you have to log in to PGC or authenticate.  If you look in the upper right corner of the menu bar there should be a blue Authenticate button you can click to start the process of logging back in.

When logged in you should be able to access the drop down menus.  Paying members have access to every sub heading and non-paying have limitations on access and will see some grayed out.
