How can I set email notifications when someone put a new cache/event?

As a Premium Member of geocaching.com you do this at

https://www.geocaching.com/notify/edit.aspx

Choose "Event Cache" at "Type to Watch:"
and check Publish Listing

I have also set it, unfortunately, the information by mail sometimes comes just before the event.

I really like the new function within https://project-gc.com/User/NewCacheNotifiers

So I not only get emails per cachetype within selected kilometers frome my homezone. I get  notified about new geocaches wherever I am. It checks the gps position. This is a great funcionality.
