Thanks pinkunicorn, I knew the answer would be somewhere, I just couldn't find it!
This does not really help me.
I want to find caches in Europe that are between 800 and 850 m.

I am looking for a real search function, where you can serach on everything which is connected to a cache. Like in the GC search screen + how you can "search" in a Pocket Query.
Hello !
You can use the live map to find caches only between 800 and 850 m thanks to the elevation filter with min and max cursors.
I tried the live map on my Android, and indeed, there is a filter. But screen is so small that it is impossible to set a range of exactly 800 to 850 (just an example).
So just now tried on my laptop, Windows 10, in FireFox, Opera and Chrome, but when I click on the filter button, or settings or any of the other 2 in that bar), nothing happens (except the URL changes to https://project-gc.com/Tools/LiveMap#filter).
No popup menu where I can set the filters. Have not tried it again on my phone anymore yet.

What I miss is; a easy to find place, where you can filter on everything:
+ just like in the new serach window of GC.com
+ the serach criteria for a Pocket Query
+ altitudes
+ owner
+ location, country, county, community, city, region
+ +++
+ etc
...
